Since we had rented a car together, we could take quite a lot Here are some excerpts from our vacation.
First we went to Eilat, the southernmost city in Israel at the Red Sea in Sinai, where it was. still a good 20 degrees Celsius, so you eat well on the beach, swimming, sitting ... could.

On Saturday we did in Jerusalem, an alternative tour: that is, we did not have a leader, they were mainly to historical sites the old town, but led to Jewish settlements in the Old Town. Since the guide was a Jew and Jews tend to be against the settlements, it was critically balanced, informative and in my opinion worthwhile.
Finally, we were still swimming in the Dead Sea and we have looked at the Qumran caves. Swimming in the Dead Sea is a thrilling experience aufjedenfall: Water that does not behave like water, but one can swim up automatically.
All in all, we have already made quite a lot and talked a lot about politics, the three are finally one day after war broke out in Gaza came from. Despite the relative proximity (~ 60 km), there is outside of Gaza, so we have (almost) anything from the war, noticed only by news
